C.C. Designs Feb. Blog Hop

Today is RELEASE DAY for the new FEBRUARY Stamps at C.C. Designs. As you have seen from our Preview Days, these new stamps revolve around Rainbows, Puddles, and Leprechauns, which of course are perfect for all those Spring and St. Paddy’s Day cards. We also have a new Sentiment Set and an awesome background stamp! Also, we are going back to pre-cut rubber for our character stamps. The sentiments will remain clear for easy stamping.
So for my card I coloured up Rainbow Lucy with my copic markers, a background stamped with the Spotty Dotty stamp set, and the Lucky Rainbow Sentiments.

Mini Remix Brewtiful

Hey everyone! I am back and Happy New Year! 2016 went out with me going on a 10 day holiday to Calgary, which was fantastic, and much needed to recharge my batteries! It sure worked the ideas are flowing like crazy.

Today I am being featured on The Greeting Farm blog and Youtube Channel! I am so thrilled to be part of their DT for 2017!

I coloured up these cuties from the Mini-Remix Brewtiful stamp set, it also comes with matching dies.

I have a process video for this card for you all, it is a long one as it was when my mic was broken and I couldn’t do a voice over. Hope you still enjoy it!

Molly Floats

Hey everyone! Today I am featuring a wonderful image by Tiddly Inks!

Tiddly Inks Molly Floats 1.jpg

I have loved the Molly series of images sense Christy first introduced them to us!

I coloured Molly Floats up with my copic markers! And there is a video for you!

I am still, of course, like I have been all year trying to use up my paper, it is a slow process and is not happening very fast. After a full year of it, you would never know I have used any ha ha! But I did not cut into a new piece of patterned paper for this card so that was an accomplishment!

The sentiment comes from Simon Says Stamp Birthday Balloons Set. Just a little bit of twine and the card was complete!

Sunflower Power

pp Sunflower 1.jpg

Hey everyone! I have been on a bit of a floral kick lately! I recently did a rose image from Power Poppy, and this time I am back having coloured up Sunflower Power.

I coloured it up with my copic markers, Rhea from Passionate Paper Creations told me if I was going to colour another flower I should film it. So here is the video.

PP Sunflower 2

When I colour these flowers I tend to blow them up large and then just double mat them on the card front. I find the large image doesn’t need all the extra stuff that I love to put on my cards!

PP Sunflower 3

I would like to enter this card in Power Poppy’s May Flowers Challenge
