Hey everyone! Welcome to the #SpreadJoyNotGerms blog hop, I am sharing some great The Greeting Farm stamp sets with you all today!
I used 3 of the floral stamp sets Grateful for you, With Love and the sentiment came from Be Kind. Watercolours from Prima and some white gouache from my stash.
So for the good stuff, there are 31 sponsors for this fun hop! Prizes will be selected from all the blog comments. Deadline for comments is April 24, 2020 and the prizes will be announced on April 27 on Catherine Poolers and Alexandria’s blogs . You can also find all the hop details on Catherine Poolers blog as well, find that here.
Hey all! Today I am here sharing a process video of a watercolour card using Power Poppy’s Time to Fly.
I love painting flowers, they are one of my favorite things, but the clock face in this image really spoke to me, so I had to paint it!
Building up colour through light layers is definitely the way I prefer to paint. I love starting out with light soft colours and building them up to get the depth of colour that I would like, as well as changing shades through glazing.
Hey everyone! Today I have a fun card and process video to share with you all featuring MFT Stamps Adventure is Calling (this stamp is retiring so get it while you can, link at the bottom of the post!)
I coloured our girl up with my copic markers, then fussy cut her out. Die cutting the hi using the Impact Alphabet dies on painted cork really looks awesome on this. Distress Oxide and a brick stencil (that I can no longer find online) made a fun background for her.
Welcome back to day 2 of previews for The Greeting Farm! Today we have a new mermaid for you all called Mellia Mermaid!
I coloured her up with my copic markers, I love adding little dots to the tail to add with the overall effect of the mermaid. It makes me happy! The sentiment came from another set called Maisea Mermaid! Adding it all on a light watercolored background really finished this card off!
