Keep it Simple

Hey everyone! Today I probably have one of the most CAS Cards I have ever made to share with you! And I think it is adorable!

Just a little ink blending, embossing on vellum, and then a few enamel dots and I called her complete!
I also have a complete process video of this 10 minute card!

Itoh Peony

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing some embossing and Brusho card making.

I started by embossing the Itoh Peony stamp onto some Bee Watercolor Paper.

I then wet down the paper, and sprinkled the Sunburst Yellow near the flower centers, Allowing that to dry partially I then wet the paper again and sprinkled on the Alizarin Crimson, then spraying it a little more to help it move around the page. After that, we play the waiting game, and let the watercolours dry.

Once that was dry, I cut down the front panel to fit on the front of the card. Pulling out a Hello die from my stash I cut it out of the coloured pannel and 4 times out of white cardstock to build it up.

Get Well Soon

Hey everyone! Nurses week is coming and I made these 4 sweet cards for a lady and thought they were the perfect project to share with you all of you!
I pulled out the Get Well Soon set and coloured up the same little nurse in different colour combinations.
I then inked up some white paper with my Distress Oxide inks in Squeezed Lemonaid, Worn Lipstick and Abandoned Coral. Then cut it down to 2″ strips, popping a vellum circle on top with an embossed sentiment then adding the little nurse finish off the front of the card.

Oddball Nurse

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing some cards I made for nurses week. I don’t often make more then one of one design, but when I was contacted and asked to make a dozen cards for nurses week to be picked up at easter. I went with 3 designs, changed them all up a little but yeah it was fun!

I kept things pretty simple colouring up Stamping Bella’s Oddball Nurse (all products will be linked at the bottom of the blog post) Colouring them up with my copic markers.

I did decide to go a bit snarky with these 4 cards, as I was asked to make a few funny ones. Which is why this stamp was so perfect for it!!!!

Once I had all my characters coloured up, I had to decide what to do with the background, because why would I plan that ahead! So I cut a piece of white cardstock and splashed on some Dylusions Black Marble ink for a little something, and added a crooked cut white and red striped pattern paper to the bottom. I am actually really happy with how cute these ones came out!

I will share the other sets of cards in a few days!

Beautiful Flowers

Hey all, today I have a pretty flower card to play along with Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. The theme this week is No Designer Paper. Which, thankfully is pretty easy for me, I do not use a lot of patterned paper anyway.

I filmed a process video of this card. I had 2 hours and 45 minutes of footage so this video is a longer one for me. As per usual I painted in tons of layers. and am super happy with how this one turned out.

The video will be here as soon as it finishes uploading!

The Greeting Farm – April Previews Day 3

Hey all! Today I am back with some more planner stamps! I have been decorating my planner a lot more lately, probably because of these stamps!

I kept things super simple this time, I added the stamped images and just a wash of colour with my chisel nib on my copics. I am actually really happy with the way it came out. The colours match the layout and it all came together ever so nice. I filled in some details on the spread but lots of things are not on here. These pages are absolutely packed with writing when the week is finished!
