The Greeting Farm – Release Day

March 2020 New Release BLOG HOP!

It’s the 15th of the month and the MARCH 2020 RELEASE is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store. Our first set named CHEEKY HOWDY features a stylish cowgirl ready to conquer the world in her cowgirl boots. Next, we took you to the French countryside in our set called BOUQUET. Our 3rd set called MISS ANYA BLESS YOU features two big Anyas with 4 amazing sentiments. Lastly, we introduced a new word cutting die called CONGRATS that is perfect for graduations, a new baby, promotions and even retirements.

To celebrate we are having a short BLOG HOP, where one lucky fan will take home the entire release! You have until MARCH 18th, 12pm CST/1pm EST to leave your comments on each Designer’s Blog and The Greeting Farm Blog (letting us know you completed the hop). We will announce the random winner later in the week on the Blog and in our Facebook Group: The Greeting Farm Fan Page.

I took the Bouquet set and stamped it out with white ink on some black watercolour paper, I then pulled out my small supply of gouache. Something new I am playing with and really enjoying the looks I can get with it! I enjoyed being able to layer light over dark on the flowers in this card!

The Greeting Farm – March Preview Day 4

We have reached the final day of previews for The Greeting Farm, that means all the things will be available on the 15th (Sunday).

Today we have a Congrats die, I love the big scripty word dies that The Greeting Farm releases. This month instead of doing my typical Eclipse Technique, I layered the die cuts creating a drop shadow.

I then pulled out a piece of vellum with cold dots on it and put it on a kraft card base. Adding my die cut to the front of the card really finished this one off!

Thanks for stopping by,

The Greeting Farm – March Preview Day 3

Hello Everyone! Welcome back to another day of previews for The Greeting Farm!

Today we get to introduce Miss Anya Bless! This one is super pretty, and now that I am typing this, I should have used yesterdays set and buried her in florals. I will have to do that!

I coloured her up with my copic markers, then fussy cut her out. Then I was at a loss, no idea what to do with her. So I took her over to my patterned paper stash and found a scrap of paper from Prima, probably from 7 or more years ago and used it to mat a kraft panel on. Pulling out my Distress Oxides and a clound stencil I created an angle of clouds and bordered it with a white line. Popping the girl up on top finished this card off.

The Greeting Farm – March Preview Day 2

Hey all! Welcome back to day 2 of previews for The Greeting Farm.

Today we are sharing a new set called Bouquet, and I played with the “Mexico Palette” again when painting these pretty florals up!

I stamped it out with Tea Dye Distress ink then started painting it up, I love working in layers and creating depth on the card, adding a little gray dropped shadow to some of the florals and the sentiment really finished this one off!

The Greeting Farm – March Preview Day 1

Hey all! Welcome to another set of previews for The Greeting Farm!

We are kicking things off this month with A new Cheeky! Meet Cheeky Howdy!

I have been on a watercolor kick, but I wanted to do a scene and play with my copics for this card today, I stamped out the image and then free handed in the cactus and the background.
