2021 Card Design Superstar Challenge

Hey friends! Today I am sharing my project for this years MFT Stamps 2021 Card Design Superstar Challenge Clean and Simple!

I started by cutting out the Artist Palette and Brush die. I do believe it may be retired, but I have never used it and this card idea was just to perfect for this challenge not to!

Using distress ink and watercolour to colour the die cuts as well as.

A ruler and a black pen added some great little details to frame this simple design in!

Supplies :

MFT Stamps Artist Palette and Brush

MFT Stamps Unicorns and Glitter

Distress Ink Antique Linen

Distress Ink Ground Espresso

Drink Up the Sunshine

Hey everyone! Today I am starting the day off sharing my entry for MFT Card Design Superstar Clean and Simple Genius category.

I started out by colouring the little girl up with my copic markers. Then adding the finishing details with my black coloured pencil. Once she was cut out I created some sweet little waves using Make Waves stencil and distress ink. Embossing the sentiment from the same Drink up the Sunshine stamp set on black cardstock and couple enamel dots finished off this sweet little CAS Card.

The Greeting Farm – July Preview Day 3

Hey all! Welcome to day 3 of previews for the July release for The Greeting Farm!

Today we are having a little Slumber Party! I am in love with this tiny set!

I coloured this one up with my copic markers, including the pink stripe. It definitely did not blend as easy as my watercolours do. But it was fun to try!

Bring Out The Sunshine

Hey everyone! It is another season the Kathy Racoosin’s The Daily Marker 30 day colouring challenge. I love trying to make a project everyday for 30 days, even if I fail at the completed project everyday, I do get some colouring done everyday. Which, after all, is the point.

So for today’s card I used a stamp from MFT called Bring Out The Sunshine. I love MFT, we all know this but I have a great time playing with them regularly!

So, I am still on this super clean and simple card kick. For this one I did some no lines colouring, adding a little grass at her feet. the sentiment at the bottom and a little twine at the top finished off this sweet little card!

Adventure Gnome

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing my last card for my guest spot with Stamping Bella.

Making these cards this month has made me love the stamps this company creates more then I did before. I am so thankful for the opportunity to guest for them, and am excited to order some more stamps and share more projects!

So, for my last card this month, I went back to my copic markers with Adventure Gnome.

I kept with my typical clean and simple card style for this one. I love how it came out, the doodle lines around the outside worked so great with these happy little gnomes.

Oddball Turtle

Hey everyone, I am on my second last guest post for Stamping Bella!

It has been so fun creating for them, and there will be more Stamping Bella shared on my blog here, even after the guest spot has ended.

This week, I decided to pull out my watercolours again and paint up the Oddball Turtle.

Using my Daniel Smith paints to paint up this salty little guy. Working in light layers and letting them dry completely to achieve the depth of colour I was after.

Hugs,
Jessie
