C.C. Designs August Preview Day 1

Hey everyone, I am so thrilled to be able to tell you all I am a new design team member for C.C. Designs Rubber stamps! So ecstatic!

Today I get to preview for you all Ally’s Clear Stamp, and die, as well as the Dotty Rectangles Dies, and Shadow Spots Dies.

I coloured her up with my coloured pencils

Colours used:
Prismacolour Pencils (PC) and Faber-Castell Polychromos (FC)
Sking – PC – Dark Brown, Dienna Brown, Burnt Ocher, Peach, Light Peach, Eggshell, White
Hair – PC – Peacock Blue, Aquamarine, Light Aqua, Light Green, White, Black
Purple – PC – Black, Black Grape, Violet, Parma Violet, Lilac, White
Orange – FC – Light Cadmium Red, Dark Cadmium Orange, Orange Glaze, Cadmium Orange
Green – FC – Olive Green, Earth Green Yellowish, May Green , Light Green

After she was all coloured I cut her out with her coordinating die, then cut a white pannel using the Dotty Rectangles and used my stencil brushes to blend out a background for her, I out that pannel on some cardstock and patterned paper to make it pop off the card. Then Ally’s got layered on top of a black shadow spot from the Shadow Spots Dies and put on the background looking up into that moon, a few enamel dots finished her off!

Halloween cuties

I coloured up all these fun little characters from the Halloween Creatures Clear Stamps and cut them out with their Coordinating dies, I inked up a pannel that cut using the half rectangles die and put all of those creatures on it dancing, it kinda reminds me of the Monster Mash!

Aloha 2

PPCF and TGF 1

Hey everyone, today I have a card to share with you using tone of the new Creative Basic Dies. I used the Fancy Rectangles & Layering Die Set to cut the front pannel, I then used some masks cut from various dies in my stash and my Clarity Stencil Brushes with my Distress ink to create the back ground.

I coloured up one of the sweet girls in the Aloha Kit from The Greeting Farm with my coloured pencils.

Colours used: (all Prismacolor Pencils)
Skin – Dark Brown, Sienna Brown, Burnt Ocher, Peach, Light Peach, Eggshell, White
Hair – Putty Beige, Peach Beige, Light Umber, Expresso, White
Green – Limepeel, Apple Green, Olive Green, Kelp Green, Black, White
Purple – Black, Black Grape, Black Cherry, Dark Purple, Mulberry, White
Pink – Magenta, Pink, Blush Pink, Black, White

I then folded a piece of cardstock in half and ran the same die from the Fancy Rectangles and Layering Die set though die cutter a couple of times and make a shaped card base and put the card front on top to finish off the card.

Starshine

Hey everyone! Today I have a super fun card using Starshine from Saturated Canary, don’t forget if you want any of these images her store is closing end of August last I heard. I printed her out on my copic x-press it blending card and coloured it up with my Copic markers.

LDRS Big Release!

Candi Bean 3

My first card features the CandiBean Blossom Girls (Daphne) , Summer Garden Sentiment Set, Dotted Wings Die Set (honestly a must have you will be seeing me use this precious little dies all over the place), and ticked inbehind my ribbon is an embossed piece of paper using the Picnic Quilt Embossing Folders.

My second card has all three of the girls from the Gal Pals Stamp set that were watercoloured using my Schmincke watercolours. I added some of those phenomenal butterflies from the Dotted Wings Die set into my large flower cluster.

LDRS Pattern Love 1

Hey everyone, Jessie here with my latest LDRS Creative project. I coloured up Saturated Canary Pattern Love with coloured pencils (and I filmed it and you can find that video on the LDRS Creative Youtube Channel).

I used some scrap shabby papers (one day I will get this paper all used up) a nice big white bow, behind the image I layered a couple of cuts from the Gilded Oval Die set.

Hey everyone! I have had this hankering to do some shabby chic lately, so you will be seeing a fair bit of it! So today I have one of the images out of The Greeting Farms Magical kit (I know its available at Quick Creations) I coloured her up with my Prismacolour coloured pencils.

I used the Diemond Dies Labels 2 Top Note Nesting dies behind my image (I cut it in half so it peeks out the top and the bottom), and the Diemond Dies Nature Flourish die inbehind my flower cluster (I find this die so versatile you can use it anywhere)!
