Adventure Gnome

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing my last card for my guest spot with Stamping Bella.

Making these cards this month has made me love the stamps this company creates more then I did before. I am so thankful for the opportunity to guest for them, and am excited to order some more stamps and share more projects!

So, for my last card this month, I went back to my copic markers with Adventure Gnome.

I kept with my typical clean and simple card style for this one. I love how it came out, the doodle lines around the outside worked so great with these happy little gnomes.

Oddball Turtle

Hey everyone, I am on my second last guest post for Stamping Bella!

It has been so fun creating for them, and there will be more Stamping Bella shared on my blog here, even after the guest spot has ended.

This week, I decided to pull out my watercolours again and paint up the Oddball Turtle.

Using my Daniel Smith paints to paint up this salty little guy. Working in light layers and letting them dry completely to achieve the depth of colour I was after.

Hugs,
Jessie

Curvy Girl Eats Cake

Hey everyone! Today I have a guest post for Stamping Bella! I am so thrilled to be guest designing for them, it really is a dream. I have loved the stamps this company releases for years!

For my first card, I pulled out Curvy Girl Eats Cake and my coloured pencils. I haven’t shown my pencils much love lately, but this was the perfect opportunity.

I stamped her out with a light colour ink, to give the no lines colouring look, once everything was finished. Then I went in and coloured it up with my Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils.

Once I got her all coloured up, I decided I wanted the sentiment to look really sketchy as well. So I stamped it with the same light coloured ink, then traced over it with my black pencils to give it the sketchy look.

Oddball Nurse

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing some cards I made for nurses week. I don’t often make more then one of one design, but when I was contacted and asked to make a dozen cards for nurses week to be picked up at easter. I went with 3 designs, changed them all up a little but yeah it was fun!

I kept things pretty simple colouring up Stamping Bella’s Oddball Nurse (all products will be linked at the bottom of the blog post) Colouring them up with my copic markers.

I did decide to go a bit snarky with these 4 cards, as I was asked to make a few funny ones. Which is why this stamp was so perfect for it!!!!

Once I had all my characters coloured up, I had to decide what to do with the background, because why would I plan that ahead! So I cut a piece of white cardstock and splashed on some Dylusions Black Marble ink for a little something, and added a crooked cut white and red striped pattern paper to the bottom. I am actually really happy with how cute these ones came out!

I will share the other sets of cards in a few days!

Gnome on Swing

Hey all! Today I have something fun to share with you all! I bought this stamp a while ago and just never had/made the time to get it coloured up. But today I have it painted up and ready to share with you all! I have loved Stamping Bella stamps forever! They are one of my favorites to pick up when I have time to just colour, or paint!

I stamped out Gnome on a Swing in a no lines colour, pulled out my Daniel Smith Paints and got to work!

I do have a video of colouring this one that will be up on My Youtube Channel shortly. I have been doing a lot of big over the top cards lately so I kept this one nice and simple, some super cute patterned paper and a ribbon and I called her done!
