Hey everyone! It is time for another challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps Blog. Valetines day is coming so thought it was fitting to have a love/hearts challenge! A time to show our loved ones, whoever they are, that they matter and are important to us!

I pulled out the recently restocked Beauty stamp for my card today!

I coloured her up with my copic markers and then fussy cut her out. I added a cloud to the top of my kraft card base using distress oxide inks.

Smells Like Teen Spirit

It is time for another rubber rerelease for Kraftin Kimmie Stamps! This time we have Smells Like Teen Spirit! I love when we get one for the boys!

This is a pre trimmed red rubber stamp set! Look at those awesome images, my son is 8 and those are probably the three most common poses for him too.  I love the handful of sentiments that come along with it!

I coloured my image up with my Faber-Castell Polychromos Pencils, created a little bit of ground for him to stand on and the hint of a brick wall in behind him!

Sweet Valentine

Newton Love Coffee

Hey everyone! I am back again today with some more inspiration to share! This time I inked up Newton Loves Coffee, he is like a cat after my own heart in this set!

I coloured the image up with my copic markers, then masked him it out with masking paper! I used distress inks to create the background and the table top. Adding a few yellow dots in the background finished it off!

Inspire Me Monday – Magnolia Sunshing

Hey everyone! I am finally back on my floral game! I have truly missed painting up flowers. So for today’s card I cropped and printed off Power Poppy’s Magnolia Sunshine Digital image on some Fabriano Artistico 140lbs hotpress watercolor paper.

I bought these Jane Davenport watercolours, because the tins were so cute and got around to finally trying the paint! You don’t need to have the worlds priciest paint to create beautiful bright vivid floral cards! Just look at how those colours work together, I was, overall, impressed with these paints.

I didn’t think I was going to have time to get a video of this one together for you all, but I stayed up a little late and got it done, I love filming watercolour and getting to see it all come together again as I edit the video! I hope you enjoy.

The Greeting Farm – January Release Blog Hop

I used the new Mini-Remix Balloons set for my card today, masking out the HB2U so that I could layer the little boy in behind it! I coloured it up with my copic markers then added some Nuvo Drops and some real string!

Polychromos colours used:

Blue – Dark Indigo, Indathrene Blue, Prussian Blue, Cobalt Blue

There is a bunch of Nuvo drops as well as the glue I used on this project in the Nuvo section of the store as well! She also has all the Distress Oxides including the Twisted Citron I used in this project!

Kraftin Kimmie Stamps – Preview Day 4 – Happy Thoughts

Today we have an awesome sentiment set for you all! I really do love sentiments that mix font sizes and different scrips together in the same sentiment.

I started my card off but blending my Distress Oxide inks through a stencil directly onto my cardbase. I then embossed the sentiment onto a teal cardstock panel and added some faux stitching lines to it and it was complete! Super clean and simple and i love the way it looks!
