Hey friends! Today I have a fun card and video, creating my own background with watercolours and some copic colouring!
It was great fun creating the pastel rainbow background, then keeping the bright colours for the panda and his little balloons!
Come on, I just can not get over these cute little pandas! I have used this set a few times and just love it every time! The sentiments in this set are also super wonderful!
You can watch my video to check out my entire process!

I went outside of my normal warm toned colours while painting this one up. The purples in the Altenew 36 halfpan watercolour set are magnificent, and the blues are wonderful. I really just love all the colours to be honest. But i painted this one up in a no lines style, keeping the colours soft and dreamy really made me fall in love with this image!

I have a couple projects to share with you all today, but I will kick things off with this gem using the Airbrushed Flowers Stamps, dies and stencil.
I started off by inking up the background panel in a brown gradient, then adding some silhouettes of the flowers and leaves in the same brown in the background.
I then stamped out the flowers and leaves on some watercolor paper and painted them up using the Altenew Artist’s Watercolours and die cut those out layering them on the card front. Keeping the sentiment simple with a little Hello to to finish it off!
For my second card I white embossed the large floral in the Enchanted Roses stamps set on some kraft coloured cardstock.
I then kept it simple using Tea Party and Green Hills mixed with a little Green Meadows to paint them out. Kraft paper does not take watercolour as well as watercolour paper, but I kept the water to a minimum and it worked out so well! Stamping “Live” with the Limestone ink and outlining it with some white really set it off, and a small flag pannel finished off the rest of the sentiment!

Hey friends! Today I pulled out the Let’s Curl Up set from MFT Stamps and decided to remake, with a video and a different medium so I guess not remake but yeah.
So I got the honour of guesting for MFT for their December 2020 release and I fell head over heels for this fox set. I watercoloured one of them up for one of my release projects. Now I decided I had to colour up another one, this time I pulled out my Karin BrushMarkers to colour it!
I really love how these simple little cards come together, they have been a blast to make! And this fox set is so perfect and dreamy for it. Now that I am writing this post I also wanna make a blue fox… maybe there will be another card from this set lol.
Hey friends! Welcome to my last post and video for 2020! Just remember going into 2021, no matter what happens just Be Kind!
So I pulled out one of my favorite sets from 2020, called Be Kind from Simon Says Stamp. I used some OLD sticky back canvas (that’s not really sticky anymore) and some watercolour ground so I can use my favorite medium!
Once I watercoloured up the leaves, I then took some inktense to finish off all the little details! I do have a process video, hope you enjoy!
Hey all! Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and all that good stuff!
Here in Saskatchewan we are only allowed to gather with those in our household, so that has lead to my son playing video games, my fiancé playing video games, so I am in the craft room for a while!
I pulled out the Majestic Mistletoe set from Altenew and pulled out my watercolours. Stamping it out with some no lines ink and painting the leaves as well as the sentiment and a light wash in the background tuned out so much fun on this card! Finishing it off with a few drops!
I hope you all are having a wonderful day today, reguardless if it is a lot smaller then normal, like my families Christmas is, or if you are blessed to be able to spend it with all your love ones!

Hey friends! I am so thilled to be participating in the My Favorite Things December 2020 release! Are you ready for a slew of NEW things that will be wonderful in your collection!
Starting off with my first project was the stamp set that jumped out at me first! The foxes from the Let’s Curl Up stamp set.
This cute little guy just had to meet some of my watercolours! I also used some of the greenery, bending it so I can use it on both sides. Mounting the watercolor pannel on some Tangy orange cardstock really finished this one off! I also stamped the sentiment is the same ink as the image then painted over top of it with watercolor so that it matched the same look as the rest of the card.
For my second project to share with you all today, I pulled out my markers and some distress Oxides and had a real good time! It even lead to me recording a video!
TheSweet Safari stamp and die set just screamed make a bright fun card! So I obliged!
I will let the video for this one give you all the fun details!
Hey friends, I am thrilled to be playing along with this great blog hop, combining Altenew and The Daily Marker for some watercolor therapy! You can find the start of this hop over at Altenew!
Kathy Racoosin (The Daily Marker) is celebrating her 18th colouring challenge until November 22, 2020. Feel free to jump in and participate along with us, and so many others. The best thing about this challenge is that you don’t have to start at the beginning, you don’t have to do a big project everyday, just do a little colouring and destress!
I pulled out the Pen Sketched Flowers Stamp Set for this one, creating a tall slimline card. I pilled out both the 23 half pan watercolors and the 24 half pan watercolours, took them upstairs to my couch and just enjoyed painting. Sometimes I love that a tv show, that I am not really watching, and just painting for the fun of it without filming. Especially when working on a Kathy Racoosin challenge where that is the whole point, to destress!
Once I had all the painting done, I stamped out the simple little sentiment, adhered it to a cardbase and this one was complete! I have had the Pen Sketched Flowers Stamp Set in my stash sense it came out, and have never used it so this was perfect!

Hey everyone! I know I have not been around much, I have been dealing with a 2 1/2 month long allergic reaction, that lead to my eyes being swollen shut for what seemed like forever! Covid has my Doctor not seeing patients and blah blah blah I will survive and get off my soap box now!
So for today’s post, I have been collecting (and by collecting I mean not using cuz they intimidate me) all the sets by Stacey Yacula for My Favorite things. Well this weekend that changed. I pulled out my watercolours and the Always Bring a Smile set and went to town.
I painted up these sweet little scene with my Mexico Palette. It really is my most used one, even almost an entire year later.
Hey all! I am super late sharing this on my blog, but I have been dealing with an allergy for a month now that keeps causing my eyes to swell and hives everywhere, but I digress we are here to share a pretty card!
I was blessed in September to have a guest spot with Altenew. Those of you that know me, know that I swoon over Altenews stamps and products! This was a dream come true!
I did some embossing and painting on some black watercolor paper. Using a ton of fun products from Altenew!
Also, if you haven’t seen it on their channel yet, I created a process video of this card!
I am so thrilled with how this one came out. It looks so classic and can be used for pretty much any occasion I can think of!
