C.C. Designs Blog Hop – Balloon Lucy

Today is RELEASE DAY for the new APRIL Stamps at C.C. Designs.
As you have seen from our Preview Days, these new stamps revolve around
birthday parties and celebrations!

I coloured up Balloon Lucy live on my Cards and Colour! Facebook group, using the no lines technique (I have been slightly obsessed with it lately). Keeping a very clean and simple party type feel to the card, I cut some ink blots out with my cameo then used the negatives as a stencil to create a fun background with my new Distress Oxide inks (I think I love them but a little more playing and a review will be coming soon!). A simple sentiment from my stash and this darling card was complete!

Farm Fresh Challenge – Spring Flowers!

Hey everyone! It’s now April… and that means its time for a new Farm Fresh Challenge over at The Greeting Farm. The theme this month is spring flowers! Its such a great challenge and can be interpreted so many different ways!

I coloured up Trishell in a no lines style with my copic markers.

I coloured up one of the little ladies from the Mini-Remix Happy set in a no lines colouring style.

After I finished colouring her up I pulled the “stay happy” sentiment from Mini-Remix Fall Set, stamping it under her with black ink. I kept the card itself super simple with a little cardstock and one piece of patterned paper!

Hey all! Today I am sharing a card featuring Power Poppy Sunflower Power Digital Stamp.

I love this image, it is one of my all time favorites from Power Poppy, I have coloured it in all sorts of different colours. And will probably colour it again.

I do have a video of the no lines colouring of this image, unfortunately my microphone decided to quit working last night, so it does have music in the video. I hope you still enjoy it and I will have it replaced by the next video!
