I have been on this CAS card kick lately, and loving it! So for today’s card I broke out my coloured pencil and went to town on the Alice in Wonderland image!

I cut a mask for the top of the cardstock and inked it up with Broken China Distress Oxide Ink. Is it not amazing how solid you can get that colour on Kraft cardstock! I did create a bit of a shadow using a grey coloured pencil. The sentiment comes from the same stamp set as the image!

Balloon Boy

Hey everyone! I am here today sharing with you some awesome inspiration using Roberto’s Rascals Balloon boy!

I coloured up my image with my coloured pencil then cut him out with scissors. I created the background using some distress inks and a little bit of masking. Adding the sun from the Make a Card Summber #16 Die set.

Rub-a-dub-dub

Hey everyone! We are still celebrating release week over at Whimsy Stamps! Today I coloured up an image from the Rub-a-dub-dub set!

I stamped the little duck in a tub out onto some Kraft paper and coloured it up with my Polychromos Coloured Pencils, except for white I used my Luminance white.

Polychromos used:
Tub – Luminance white, Warm Grey IV, Warm Gret II
Duck – Dark Chrom Yellow, Dark Cadmium Yellow, Light Cadmium Yellow
Beak – Orange Glaze, Cadmium Orange
Bubbles – Cobalt Blue-Greenish, Light Cobalt Turquois, Luminance White

I used up some of my spotted paper from my shash, a little yellow ribbon. I used just the Rub-a-dub-dub part of the sentiment from the same set and a couple pink Enamel dots from the Summer Breeze Enamel dots.

Fall Haul

Hey everyone, today I have a new release digital stamp from Power Poppy – Fall Haul to share with you all.

I printed my image onto copic xpress-it blending card and coloured it with copic markers then enhanced everything with coloured pencils. I used the Creative Basics – Cutting Edge Borders 1 , and cut the top with the stitched curved die and let a bit of patterned paper peek out!

Candle Light

Hey everyone! Today I have here with a winter card featuring Wee Stamps Candle Light! You can pick this awesome snow man up in rubber here, or in digital form here.

I coloured him up with my Faber-Castell Polychromos Pencils. Unfortunately I did it while on a trip to Saskatoon and didn’t record the colours that were used. The paper I used was Fabriano Artistico 140lbs Hotpress Watercolour paper.

I used some of the paper from my recent Haul from Blue Fern Studio, the fence die is from La La Land crafts and the corner die is from LDRS Creative. I added a little twine around the image to finish off the front of this card.

4 Seasons

Hey everyone! Jessie here to share with you my latest C.C. Designs make using the 4 Seasons Boys and 4 Seasons Girls stamps! I love how you get so much bang for buck with these two sets, literally, you can use these all year round! I stamped these out and coloured them up using the no lines colouring technique.

I then simply matted a couple layers of patterned paper on kraft cardstock, die cut the fabulous Birch Tree Die I am still swooning over a little bit on twine and its all done!

Pattern Love

LDRS Pattern Love 1

Hey everyone, Jessie here with my latest LDRS Creative project. I coloured up Saturated Canary Pattern Love with coloured pencils (and I filmed it and you can find that video on the LDRS Creative Youtube Channel).

I used some scrap shabby papers (one day I will get this paper all used up) a nice big white bow, behind the image I layered a couple of cuts from the Gilded Oval Die set.
