Hey everyone! This time I have coloured up Sweetie pie with her dog from Sherri Baldy My Besties. I coloured her up with my inktense pencils.
I have been on this kick of not buying paper and using up my old stash, and I stuck to it on this card. I dug out what I have left of Prima’s songbird collection and used it on this card. The flowers, the wood piece, chipboard and paper all come from this line.
Inktense Pencils used :
Skin – Saddle Brown, Baked Earth, Carmine pink
Hair – Oak
Purple – Mauve, Neutral Grey
Yellow- Sienna Gold
Green – Dark Aquamarine, Apple Green
Pants – Amber, Iron Blue, Deep Blue
Dog – Chineese Ink, Poppy Red
Flowers – Red Violet, Scarlet Pink

Very, very cute! Love your coloring 🙂 … I’ve been wanting to invest in the Inktense pencils. Did you use them wet or dry? And what did you use to blend, if anything? Would love to know…. also I have one request…. could you take a close up photo of just the Bestie’s you use, and post them as well as the cards?… (even if you take the close up before you attach it to the card)… Pretty please?
I use them wet Paula. I use cotman brushes a size 0 round and a size 1 round with a separate water source. I just blend with water. And yes I can start taking a close up of the images when I photograph them for sure 🙂 thanks for you comment!
