Hey all! Welcome to the June release for C.C. Designs! We have a bunch of new super sweet images to share with you!
I am sharing my first project of a super clean and simple card using the New Snow Swissie! I love her ever so much.
I decided to colour her up using my coloured pencils, something I have not picked up in a very long time! I had so much fun playing with them. I die cut it out with the Scalloped Rectangle die to put her on the card front.
It’s the 15th, and the MAY 2020 RELEASE is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! We have three new sets for you all CHEEKY PROUD, 3 WISHES and K-POP IDOLS.
I used the Cheeky Proud set for my card today, I coloured up our lady with some warm grey markers, then drew in a big Canadian Flag behind her and make that the only colour piece on the card. I love how this one came out and thought it would be fun to show you how this image can work for you no matter what country you call home!
To celebrate we are having a short BLOG HOP, where one lucky fan will take home the entire release! You have until FEBRUARY 18th, 12pm CST/1pm EST to leave your comments on each Designer’s Blog and The Greeting Farm Blog (letting us know you completed the hop). We will announce the random winner later in the week on the Blog and in our Facebook Group: The Greeting Farm Fan Page.
This is a short hop so definitely worth playing along! And if you can’t wait for the hop to be over, you can purchase the new products HERE. We will have more cards featuring the new stamps from our Design Team Leaders starting on the 17th, so be sure to stop back by The Greeting Farm Blog to see more inspiration. Happy Hopping!
Hey all! We have reached the final day of previews for the May release! All of these clear stamps will be available tomorrow for you all!
Today we have all you K Pop fans covered with K Pop Idols!
I coloured her up with my copic markers, and did a little colour blocking in the background. K Pop is something I do not know much about BUT the cool part is you can use these images for anything and I can not wait for you all to inspire me with what you create!
Hey everyone! Welcome to day 2 of previews for The Greeting Farm! Today we are sharing the 3 Wishes stamp set! Full of genies and magic!
I coloured her up with my copic markers, free handing a little smokiness around her! I love how this one came out! I was super nervous about colouring over top of her.
Hey all! Welcome to a new month of previews for The Greeting Farm! We have some awesome fun new stamp sets to share with you all!
Today we are sharing Cheeky Proud! She is ever so awesome, and comes with an American flag and a star you can use on your projects!
I coloured her up with my copic markers, and then created a fun background with some Acryla Gouache. The nice thing about Matt paint is you can stamp on top of it!
I had a ton of fun with this one, and even created a video to share with you all!
I took this from over an hour and a half down to 15 minutes for you all! But I am super happy with it!
One of my favorite things about digi’s is the instant gratification, buy, download, print and colour! No waiting for shipping! For those of you that are interested I use a HP CP1025nw color laserjet printer for all my digis.
Happy Monday everyone! Today I have a new Power Poppy post to share with you all. I usually use the Inspire Me Monday posts to stretch my creativity and push myself to try new styles. This time I went with a loosen up theme.
I tend to paint with my watercolours in a very controlled way to accomplish a floral look full of very controlled layers, I find it very hard to just throw colours around. So that is exactly what I did this month, I used 2 quill brushes for the entire piece, and reached for a stamp I have coloured multiple times before to have a little bit of comfort, so here is this version of Sunflower Power.
I started by throwing some yellow, green and blue into the background and over the image, then I went in to start working out the stems and leaves with more layers of greens, adding pinks and purples to the petals. Then finishing off the center with a granulating brown (Hematite Violet Genuine). I am very happy with how this one came out, I want to try this one again and see how far I can push it till the piece feels over worked.
Hey all! Today I am back to share some of the new release from Simon Says Stamp with you!
I got the joy of playing with the Outline Mum Die, I love how it has a big cut out for the background and then a thin one for the letters themselves. The dies cut awesome I had zero issues.
I pulled out the Be Kind and Tiny words sets to help compliment the die. Then I coloured everything up with my Karin Brushmarker Pros. This was my first play with them. So far I think I love them but I should probably do a couple more projects before I say that 100%.
