Sea Song Mae

Hey everyone! If you are not part of Passionate Paper Creations and Friends over on facebook you should be! This weekend they are having a Promo weekend with Some Odd Girl!

SOG Sea Song Mae 1

There is currently a Monochromatic challenge running over at Passionate Paper Creations. I love colouring this way, its a challenge to get all the depth of field so everything doesn’t look just flat. But it also makes colour choices really easy you pick one and colour everything with it!

I coloured up Sea Song Mae from Some Odd Girl for this card, with my Copic Markers.

I used 7 Dots Studio Nature Walk 6×6 for the patterned paper on this card, the ribbon is recycled Sari Silk that I picked up on Etsy. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, and the berries are from Dollarama here in Canada.

Hey everyone! Today I have a card featuring Magnolia’s Tilda with Dexter the Dragon. This image was stamped on Fabriano Artistico 140lbs extra white hot press watercolour paper and painted with Derwent Inktense pencils

I am still on that use up my paper kick, it is slowly, very slowly, happening. A doily cut from my cameo, Wild Orchid Crafts flower, berries from my stash and some lace finish off the front of this card. the inside I layered some lace and some bling trim for a stopper for my easel card.

Around the image I used some of my White Frantage from Stampendous.

I am still on my use up old stuff thing here, you know so I can justify buying more lol, so I used up a ton of my scrap papers on this card. I didn’t have trim to match the colours I used on the image so I used some sprays on a piece of fabric then layered some sari silk on it box pleated it then added pearls on top. I used up some of my Dusty Attic Chipboard and some cheese cloth. A few flowers finished off this card.
