Bring Out The Sunshine

Hey everyone! It is another season the Kathy Racoosin’s The Daily Marker 30 day colouring challenge. I love trying to make a project everyday for 30 days, even if I fail at the completed project everyday, I do get some colouring done everyday. Which, after all, is the point.

So for today’s card I used a stamp from MFT called Bring Out The Sunshine. I love MFT, we all know this but I have a great time playing with them regularly!

So, I am still on this super clean and simple card kick. For this one I did some no lines colouring, adding a little grass at her feet. the sentiment at the bottom and a little twine at the top finished off this sweet little card!

The Greeting Farm – June Release Blog Hop

It’s the 15th, and the JUNE Release is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store. We are so excited to introduce 4 new stamps this month! MINKIE #2 captures Minkie with more expressions and on more adventures. Next, we showed you Anya and Ian having a great time surfing, building sandcastles, and watching the sun set with BEACH DAY. Again, another super clean and simple card. I have been loving these lately. I coloured her up with my copic markers adding a little bit of a sand at her feet to ground her.

The Greeting Farm – June Previews Day 3

Hey all! Welcome back to the third day of previews for The Greeting Farm! Today we have a sweet sentiment set called You.

I have been playing around with watercolouring my own foliage and floral. So for this card, I tried pulling out what I have been working on and putting them onto my card. I am fairly happy with how this came out, they are a sweet little line of leaves and buds down the one side, with the super uplifting sentiment from this set!

Hey everyone! Welcome back to June previews for The Greeting Farm.

We are kicking things off with Minkie 2! These little characters are so full of all the attitude, and I love it!

I have had this want of doing a black and white card, with a small punch of colour for a long time. This card was perfect for it! I coloured her up with my N series of grey markers, adding a punch of red in the sentiment finished this super CAS card!

Delicate Flowers

Hey everyone! Today I am back with a sweet watercolor card featuring Simon Says Stamp Delicate Flowers!

I painted it up with my Daniel Smith Paints (all links are at the bottom of the post). I had tons of fun masking and creating this little cluster of flowers, then making them all sorts of colours. Bright colour, not my usualy more vintagy tones. But I did bring back that vintage tone with the Hematite Burnt Scarlet in the background.

Finishing it off with a the comfort word from one stamp set and a couple lines from the Tiny Words set and I was over the moon with how this one came out!

MFT Stamps – Piggy Pebbles

Hey everyone! Today I am back with a one layer card full of all different types of mediums!

I am loving all the stamps that My Favorite Things now is making with Stacey Yacula. Today I have pulled out the Piggy Pebbles set!

I started by stamping and masking out the pig and the sentiment. Masking it off I then embossed the raindrops, followed by inkblending the background. Then went at the image with my copic markers. But check out my complete process video!

Technique Junkies June Release

Hey everyone! Welcome back to another new release showcase for Technique Junkies

Sometimes you run into these stamps that you just have to colour, that is what happened with me and the new Nautical Doodles from Technique Junkies.

So I pulled out some of my watercolours and went to work filling this in. The fun in colouring this stamp was that I didn’t need to spend time on shading, everything is just one layer of colour on it. I personally love the way it came out!

Save The Crafty Youtuber – Power Poppy

Hey everyone! It is that time of the year again, when Justine goes crazy and organizes a ton of us cardmaking youtubers into a super fun hop full of prizes and inspiration!

I blew up the Hellebores digital image from Power Poppy onto my watercolour paper, then painted it up with my Daniel Smith Paints.
