Hey everyone! It is time for  a new challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps Blog, this week is my turn to host the challenge and the theme is MERMAIDS!

 I love colouring mermaids, tails are always so fun and they can be any colour your little heart desires! I coloured upTreena Twinkles for today’s card. Remember once these Annie images are gone they are retired, so if you don’t have her yet you should pick her up!

I coloured her up with my copic markers, and then created a splashy watercolour background for her to sit on, after I fussy cut her out! I love created these cards where the image has tons of the detail and the backgrounds and loose and suggestive of what it is suppose to be.

Pull out your markers, and your mermaid stamps and play along!

So I did my first attempt at cross stitching on a card for this one, it’s not perfect, but I think it turned out super cute. I coloured up the little boy and his fire and popped him up on top!

Stamp Anniething

Hey everyone! Today I have the pleasure of working with Stamp Anniething, along with my Cards and Colour Facebook group for her latest theme special release!!

The theme for this release is under the sea, and lots and lots of mermaids!! I am so in love with this special release, the stamps are awesome, the dies are the bomb and the little die cuts are so fab!

I decided to use the only non mermaid stamp in this release called The Kraken! She is adorable! I also used two of the new die sets to create the land and the waves behind her. I also used the Land Of Oz Dies, cutting the clouds out of some cardstock and using it as a stencil to create the sky background.

Hey everyone! Today I have a fun card to share with you all featuring some copic colouring and Distress Oxide watercolouring!

I love how this card came out! The distress oxides in the background leave it a nice soft really washy feel to the colours laid out on the paper, as opposed to the real vibrant look I get with my traditional watercolours. I really like it, so expect to be seeing more of that in the future!
