Hey all! I have lots of things and goals I want to accomplish this year, and part of it is branching out and working with other companies. So today I decided to play along with Simon Says Stamps Wednesday Challenge. This weeks theme is Something New, which made it pretty easy.

I pulled out a brand new set, that I haven’t used yet from Simon Says Stamps called Sketched Flowers. I also used a new watercolor to me Daniel Smith’s Sleeping Beauty Turquoise.

I had so much fun painting this piece and playing with some colours I haven’t used much, or at all before.

Braided Sweetie

Hey everyone! Today I have card to share with you all featuring Whimsy Stamps! I coloured up Braided Sweetie with my copic markers, live in my Cards and Colour! Facebook Group a while ago.

I fussy cut her out and set her aside. I die cut a circle using the Memory Box Circle Basics dies, out of Masking Paper. Using Distress Oxide in Fossilized Amber and Broken China to create the background. I cut apart a stamp from the Birthday Balloons Set, and the Birthday Messages set to create the sentiment.

Hey everyone! Today I have the darling little card to share with you all! I stamped out this scene with Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps – Whimsical Gnomes then coloured it with my copic markers.

Enhanced with Black Polychromos coloured pencil

I cut all of my patterend paper with the rectangle from the Simon Says Stamp Bundle Of Stitched Shapes Dies, I used some circle dies from my stash to cut out the Gnome and the green mat and layered that on a wood doily cut, a little bit of twine finished off the front of this card.

Hey everyone, I am taking the Online Card Classes Watercolour Intermediate class  , this is my version of the second card from day 1. I will be doing an indepth review on this class after it ends on  Friday Feb. 5th 2016, so I would love for you to come back then and see what I think about it all.
