Sweetie pie and her dog

Hey everyone! This time I have coloured up Sweetie pie with her dog from Sherri Baldy My Besties. I coloured her up with my inktense pencils.

I have been on this kick of not buying paper and using up my old stash, and I stuck to it on this card. I dug out what I have left of Prima’s songbird collection and used it on this card. The flowers, the wood piece, chipboard and paper all come from this line.

Hey everyone, back with my second card for today. This one was coloured with my Inktense Pencils and is a Sherri Baldy My Besties IMG469.

This card is a little out of the norm for me. I had a fabric piece in my stash and built the card around that. I decided the piece needed some colour so I used my Peerless watercolours to achieve that and then painted the wood veneer with Golden Titanium White Heavy Body Acrylic, and added some watercolor on them as well. I then layered it all on some patterned papers.

I steered away from flowers, for a change, the latered lace and burlap allows the distress patterned papers to really shine. Surrounding the simple delicate blow is a Melissa Frances Resin frame.

Hey everyone, back again with another Besties card! This is Im802 with kitty. I coloured her up with my Inktense pencils.

I was so happy I had patterned papers handy that went well with the colours on the image. I do not plan ahead I colour images with whatever colours I want to then I attempt to pull coordinating things to complete the card. Sometimes I am unsure I have anything that will work.
