Hey everyone, back with my second card for today. This one was coloured with my Inktense Pencils and is a Sherri Baldy My Besties IMG469.
This card is a little out of the norm for me. I had a fabric piece in my stash and built the card around that. I decided the piece needed some colour so I used my Peerless watercolours to achieve that and then painted the wood veneer with Golden Titanium White Heavy Body Acrylic, and added some watercolor on them as well. I then layered it all on some patterned papers.
Sorry I do not have a list of colours for this image.
Products Used
Sherri Baldy – My Besties – IMG469
Prima – Fabric House
Dear Lizzy- Serendipity – Good Vibes
Amy Tangerine – Stitched – Applique
Scraptastic Wood Veneer
Peerless Watercolor

Hey everyone, first things first, I am sorry that my whites are reading slightly blue (teal kitchen couldn’t find my grey card, and its snowing outside). Anyway, this weekend challenge on the Hip Kit Member Forum on facebook is a challenge based on Wilna Furstenberg, lots of white space with just a little colour. These types of layouts are a big challenge but I had a ton of fun doing it!
I dug into my stash for a bunch of shapes and pieces that I wanted to use and then painted them all white. The glitter word thickers were a little bit to bright for the layout I felt so I did brush over them all with a dry brush to dull it a bit with white paint.
The pink colour and the brown were added using my peerless watercolours, and then I added some white acrylic lightly over top as I thought the colour was just a bit to bright. I also layered just a little bit of the patterned paper from the Seridipity 6×6 pad under the photo and tissue paper and between the acetate sheet just for a hint of colour.
Products used:
Americian Crafts – White Cardstock
Theresa Collins – Daily Stories – Butterfly stickers
October Afternoon – Daily Flash – Flash Chips – Frame Up

Jullibean Soup – Mini Placemats – Here’s the Story

Amy Tangerine – Stitched – Die cuts

Hey everyone! Did you see Jani’s card yesterday (and the file that was in it) if you didn’t you should really go check it out!
So I am continuing with my breaking of the using digital files thing for the month, I am so in love with this stamp set that I am still using it! So again this is using the Snow Day stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn. So I stamped 2 of the cute bunnies and coloured them with copics (W00, W01, W03, W05, W07, R20, R22), and the little bird (R22, R24, R27, R29). I then stamped the trees using Soft Leaf ink from Hero Arts, and Olive ink from Creative Memories, and the bow is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black.
The background for my little scene is on Canson watercolour paper, painted with Peerless Watercolors. I then splattered it with Heidi Swapp Gold Lame ink and put it on a patterned paper stash from my Simon Says Stamp card kit patterned paper stash (in otherwords I can not remember who this paper came from lol), put it on a grey card base and called it finished,

Hey everyone, Jess back with another card. I am 100% happy with the turn out of this card. Can you guess where I used my Cameo on this card?
So I started with a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Canson 140lbs coldpress watercolour paper, I painted the backround using my peerless watercolours. and then stamped the Big Holiday Wishes sentiment from the Big holiday Wishes stamps set from SSS, in versamark Onyx Black ink.
Then I cut a bunch of different sized circles in cardstock using my Cameo. Taking the Prima White Calk ink and a round ink blender from Tim Holtz, I started with the larger circles and applying less white ink to them, gradually working my way to the smallest circle, and making the ink more opaque the smaller the circles got. Once finished I set it aside to allow that chalk in a chance to dry.
Once the ink was dry I got some sequins out of my stash and added 6 of them using glossy accents.

Hey everyone, my sister is getting married this Saturday, so I made her a lovely little card, which also happened to fit the SSS Wednesday challenge. It all started with about 4 SSS stamp sets, Life is a Journey, Thinking of You, Handwritten Greetings, and Favorite Flowers.
I embossed all the flowers and greenery in the backround using Hero Arts White Embossing Powder, on Ranger Watercolor Paper. Then it was all coloured with Peerless Watercolor Bonus Pack. The sentiments were embossed on vellum with Hero Arts Gold Embossing powder.

Well here it is! I love this card! The layout is based on the bi-weekly challenge over at the Scrapadabadoo Facebook Page.
This is the sketch for the card!
I used a fun little image Pollycraft Breeze Rubber Stamp from CC Designs, she is coloured with my Copic Markers. All the patterned paper used in this card is from Bo-Bunny Lemonade Stand 6×6 paper pad.
The backround paper is made using my Peerless Watercolours. The banner is made with the EK Success Mini Pennant Punch Set .
The little doilies on here are so cute, I love that die! The Cottage Cutz Mini Doily Die (there is one left in stock on the garage sale at Scrapadabadoo at the time of writing this blog post for $2!)
The enamel dots I used were from Prima, and are now sold out but there are lots of different ones in the store like these from Teresa Collins that would work wonderfully.
Hey everyone! Happy monday! I made a fun little shaker card here, and I must say that shaker cards have been really popular, which makes sense considering how popular sequins have become.
The images (actually, all the stamps used) are from Lawn Fawn’s Critter Ever After stamp set and I coloured them with my Copic markers. I created my shaker card using a piece of Canson 140lbs Watercolour paper that I coloured using my Peerless watercolours that I recently recieved (they are heavenly but I will leave that for another post). then adheared the castle the 3 yellow stars and stamped some small stars right on the watercolour paper, then put foam sqares around the outside, filled with sequins from Neat and Tangled and 3 buttons, and stuck of piece of acetate cut to the same size on the top (I believe the acetate is from spellbinders packaging). Then wrapped some pink Washi Tape around the outside to hide the ugliness that is the foam squares.
So this got adhered to some cloud paper (its an Amy Tan design but I am not sure what collection) that was cut down from 12×12, and the grey woodgrain paper I believe is from Simple Stories DIY Boutique paper pad in 6×6.
