Hello There

Hello there 1

Hey everyone, Here is another card from me. This stamp is from CC Designs and is called Baby Willow, she is coloured with my Prismacolor Pencils.

Hello There 2

This is what I would call a scrap card, all of the patterned papers on this card were out of my scrap bag (leftovers from other projects). They are all distressed on the edges and inked with vintage photo distress ink, then layered on kraft cardstock to allow the card to not appear to busy.

The trims are from my stash, some lace and some Sari Silk Ribbon. The pearls are from Recollections, the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the hello there sentiment is from Scraptastic.

Its Party Time

Its Party Time 1

Hey Everyone. It’s been a few days, dealing with mom stuff, sick kid all that jazz. Anyway on to the card, This one was fun, a couple of weeks ago the Kraftin’ Kimmie facebook group had an online crop and this was my card for one of the challenges.

I coloured this image from the Birthday Buddies Stamp set from Kraftin’ Kimmie with my Copics.

Its Party Time 2

I followed a sketch that was supplied for the challenge, I actually enjoy following other peoples sketches. I have always had a sketch book (I think its like 4 of them now) that I sketch out card or layout designs in when I am upstairs and cant go down to make card at that moment. But it was fun to follow someone elses.

I dug out this paper pad from Bo Bunny (Surprise Collection) it has lots of fun bright primary colours, which is something I don’t usually work with. It turned out awesome! I matted the patterned paper on black cardstock.

Bike Kid Boy Card

Bike Kid 1

Hey everyone, sometimes simple is the way to go, especially when it comes to male cards. The flowers and lace and all the pretty layers just feel off if I try to make them work.

Bike Kid 2

This image is rather large so I stuck to just a few simple patterned papers backed with black cardstock, I always seem to find myself reaching for black when it comes masculine cards. The sentiment is just a simple messages on the inside of the card.

Make a wish…

Make a wish PS

Hey everyone! Back today with another sweet little card. I have always loved this stamp set from Lawn Fawn, I have used it over and over again, and still continue to love it.

Make a wish PS 2

There is no patterned paper on this card, which has been one of my favorite things it seems lately. Ink and white paper seems to keep very happy, probably considering the abundance of colouring mediums I have in my possession.

Make a wish PS 3

Supplies used:

Lawn Fawn – Critter Ever After

Neenah Solar White 80lbs

Neenah Solar White 110lbs

Inkadinkadoo Stamping Mask Paper

Spellbinders – Regal Frames

Simon Says Stamp – Handwritten Greetings *inside sentiment*

Unfortunately I do not have list of the copic’s I used on this card… next time maybe 😛

Merry Christmas by Lori Zielinski

Jess Christmas blog hop

Hello, and thanks so much for stopping by for this fabulous October Christmas Series.

Lorianna here with a creation, you can find my blog here.

Jess is a wonderful card maker and I have learned so much from her UStream Classes, and always have FUN too! Today’s focus is on using digital die cutters for Christmas cards. I have used my Silhouette Portrait for this card.

For the base of my card I used Recollections #110lb Cardstock.

The black and red layers are cardstock from Stamp’in Up.

I selected a file from, Doodle Pantry, called card cut 6, which is the white and green mat, which is a polka dot paper from a paper pad, not sure of brand name.  The ornate layer is a Silhouette file called merry christmas split damask (Design #67004) and resized it for the front of an A2 card.

I then used some organdy ribbon form my stash, (lol we all have one)

And a half pearls in each corner.

And popped this whole panel up on pop dots for some extra dimension.

These would be perfect Christmas cards for for mailing, without the bow.  Not much bulk and weight, so that means no added postage. And with all those Christmas cards, it really adds up.

I hope you enjoy the rest of the month’s cards, I am sure Jess and friends will bring lots of beautiful creations!!

Hugs

Lorianna
